Know more about the EPIC HR Workgroup

EPIC established the Human Resources (HR) Workgroup to address the challenges its members face, including recruitment, talent acquisition and retention, hiring outside Europe, and scaling photonics companies. The Workgroup provides a forum for members to share knowledge, support one another, and collaboratively develop solutions. As part of this initiative, expert-led courses in related fields are also offered.
