We provide the highest level of technical support to our customers and channel partners. Follows support processes to ensure high quality and timely customer service, resulting in customer satisfaction. Provide technical expertise support in one or more simulation areas. Product improvement: Create defect reports as needed and verify fixes according to process. Also participates in testing new versions to ensure new features and workflows address customer requirements. Support sales and marketing teams and conduct demonstrations, webinars, online training, and other meetings as needed. Participate in other strategic teams and company initiatives as needed.
