Job Description:

The role

– Lead the multidisciplinary project team(s) to success by setting motivating milestones and steering the team;

– Monitoring and controlling progress of the projects from start to completion:

– Realize day-to-day project execution of our applications (sensing systems and sensors);

– Leading the project team(s), keeping planning and budget up to date and under control.

Responsabilities:

– Report on project(s) status and progress to customers and stakeholders;

– Liaise with all R&D, Operational and Commercial functions;

– Get it working! Step-in yourself and support getting the customer specific sensing hardware configured and delivered;

– Explore possibilities for commercialization of project outputs and support sales in follow-on opportunities and proposals.

Requirements:

You

– Like the dynamics of a small, fast-moving company;

– Have a passion for high tech and are willing to learn about our unique technology;

– Hold a University (WO) or Applied Science (HBO) degree;

– Have at least 5 years experience managing commercial (client) projects in a technological environment as a project / program manager;

– Ability to build relationships with customers and other internal & external stakeholders;

– Experience in managing, planning and implementing project management standards (WBS, IMS, scope control, budget allocation, quality control)

– Ability to balance interests in a multidisciplinary team;

– Make complex topics simple, and execute part of the practical work;

– Are living in The Netherlands and available to operate from our office in Alkmaar.
