Responsabilities:
– Electronics hardware and embedded software System architecture and requirements definition of FMCW LiDAR sensors and their sub-modules
– Technical interface to customers, translate customer requirements into system configurations and subsystem requirements
– System modeling and simulation
– Support of system integration team, failure root cause analysis
– Guiding the development during all project phases and reviews
– Leading interdisciplinary projects
– Coaches and mentors engineers on technical fields of expertise

Requirements:
– PhD or Master degree in Electronics Engineering, Optoelectronics
– More than 5 years in embedded software and electronics hardware design
– At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in system design and architecture definition of opto-electronic systems
– Solid knowledge of system engineering and requirements management methods and tools as well as Industrial quality standards (IATF 16949, ASPICE)
– Understanding functional safety and security requirements
– Leadership experience in high tech R&D environment
– Automotive industry experience is a plus
– Very good communication and fluent English skill
