As an essential part of our development team, you will create and maintain software to apply our imaging technology in clinical environments. You will implement functions for controlling microscope hardware and for synchronizing with the data acquisition. Together with our data scientists you will setup a solution to handle, process, and view image data. Furthermore, you will work on our smart microscopy project, creating functions that automatically adjusts imaging parameters to the sample in real time in order to optimize image quality and acquisition speed. You will test our solutions with clinical partners, e.g., from the University of Münster, and optimize them for practical application.
