You maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and distributors. You help initiate sales to new customers and within new markets, including by providing webinars, presentations and product demonstrations. You monitor sales and RMA processes from acquisition to after-sales and record this in SalesForce. You proactively inform the customer about progress. You evaluate the sales process, determine product satisfaction and identify new customer needs You provide the Administration department with all the necessary information for processing and delivering orders. You identify trends, collect strategic market and product information and coordinate this with the R&D department. Together with the team, you come up with options for expanding the market and brand awareness. You make substantive contributions to white papers, case studies, product brochures and manuals. You co-manage the website and social media channels and ensure that information on external online platforms is up to date. You maintain contact with industry-related platforms and network organizations and regularly participate in trade fairs, conferences and networking meetings. You provide product training to colleagues and distributors.
