aXenic is looking for a highly motivated employee for the role of Production Technician involving the assembly and recording of high-speed optoelectronic devices in advanced processes. 

You will ensure processing of assemblies to precise specifications and defined quality standards. 

Furthermore, you will record and monitor those processes using software records and procedures as well as for the continuous improvement, calibration and maintenance of all process and inspection equipment. 

You will have close contact to design and manufacturing engineers and suppliers to improve product performance and yield and to reduce cost. 

You will have training and support to take an active role in the process management and improvement.
