Job Description:
You get the opportunity to learn from real industry professionals. Over the course of just over a year, you will be trained step by step to become an independent production worker in Heat Sink Handling. The tasks are carried out in a cleanroom and involve making heat sinks and conducting tests to ensure quality.

Responsibilities:
You will work with a microscope and tweezers, among other tools. As you gain experience, you will become versatile within the company. In addition to your current tasks, you will also independently take on other responsibilities.

Requirements:
You strive for craftsmanship.

You have an MBO level of working and thinking.

You are strong in communication and have a good command of the Dutch language, as well as sufficient proficiency in English.

You possess good hand-eye coordination, which is essential for working with very small components.

You can work with fine hand tools such as tweezers, a scalpel, a microscope, an illuminated magnifying lamp, and various electronic testing equipment.

You enjoy actively contributing ideas for improving processes and products.

You are adaptable. You continue to act effectively by adjusting to changing environments, tasks, responsibilities, and people.
