Job Responsibilities

1. MES Planning and Design: Responsible for planning the overall architecture and functional modules of the MES system, ensuring that the system can meet the various requirements of production management. Participate in the formulation of system design plans, including data flow, interface specifications, security policies, etc.

2. MES Implementation and Deployment: Lead the implementation of the MES system, including system configuration, debugging and comprehensive testing.

3. MES Integration and Docking: Responsible for the integration and docking with other enterprise information systems such as ERP, PLM, SCM, and automation equipment such as PLC and robots, to achieve real-time collection, processing and sharing of production data.

4. MES User Training and Documentation: Prepare system operation manuals, user guides and other training materials, and train the user on system operation, function usage, etc.

5. MES optimization: Responsible for maintenance of the MES system, including system monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution. According to user feedback to continuous improve the system.

6. Continuous improvement and upgrading: according to to industry technology development trends, participate in the continuous improvement and upgrading of the MES system, and introduce new technologies and new functions.

Job requirements

1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, graduated from computer science and technology, automation, electronic information engineering and other related majors, with a solid professional theoretical foundation.

2. Work experience: More than 5 years of experience in MES system implementation or maintenance, successfully implementing MES projects are preferred.

Technical capabilities

1. Proficient in mainstream databases such as SQL Server and Oracle, and able to write SQL statements for data processing and query optimization.

2. Familiar with at least one programming language such as Java, C#, C, etc., with software development or system integration capabilities.

3. Understand the basic principles and communication protocols of industrial automation control systems (such as PLC, SCADA,OPCUA etc.).

Other requirements

1. Communication and coordination skills, be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

2. English communication skills, and English is major working language.

3. Have strong learning ability and stress resistance, and be able to quickly adapt to new technologies and new environments.

4. Adapt to a certain degree of business trips to support on-site MES implementation and training of projects.
