As a production engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation and improvement of production processes in the assembly, calibration, and characterization stages of Fluence laser heads.
Prior to joining the production team, you will undergo several months of training with the product implementation team, where you will learn about the design and operating principles of Fluence lasers and acquire the necessary skills in the areas of mechanical design, electronic control systems, laser beam guidance in optics, spilicing fiber optics, opto-electronic diagnostics, and operation of dedicated software.

From the beginning:

  • Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of Fluence product design and operating principles,
  • Execution of current production orders – working in a team to build femtosecond lasers,
  • Taking measurements of laser parameters of built devices and preparing test reports, co-creating test scenarios,
  • Creating and completing elements of product documentation, including construction documentation, production instructions and quality control.

Ultimately, too:

  • Support the production team as a high-skilled production engineer,
  • Solve problems encountered in the production process,
  • Control and supervise the correctness of individual processes,
  • Supporting other teams with technical product expertise.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience working in an optical laboratory,
  • Great understanding of the physics of lasers and optics,
  • Basic knowledge of electronics,
  • Ability to create documentation in Polish and English,
  • Attention to detail, attentiveness and patience,
  • High communication and teamwork skills,
  • Ability to learn quickly and acquire new skills.
