Your mission

For the Italian office, we are looking for an Inside Sales Assistant as soon as possible.

  • Manage commercial processes in the technical sales of components and systems.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for our customers with your expertise and personality.
  • Create customer offers and place orders in the system, considering availability and customer requirements, while maintaining close contact with our procurement team.
  • Collaborate closely with technical sales, suppliers, and partners.
  • Support the sales team with customer acquisition measures, sales optimization, and follow-up activities.
Your profile
  • Professional experience in inside sales, ideally with a technical focus.
  • High school certification.
  • Strong communication skills, social competence, and enjoy working in a team.
  • Dynamic, customer-oriented personality comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Structured and independent working style.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office.
  • Excellent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken.
