Job Description:
Would you like to be part of our team in Barcelona, Sant Adrià de Besos? We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join our semiconductor team.
IMASENIC is a young company in the semiconductor market, which already has customers in Europe, Asia and America and continues to grow. We are looking for an expert in accounting and finance, passionate about Deep-tech, and who wants to learn and grow professionally in and with IMASENIC.
Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the company’s directors, and with the support of external consultancies, he/she will be responsible for:
• Control of orders, delivery notes, invoices for purchases and sales.
• Recording of accounting entries.
• Preparation of documentation for accounting audits.
• Preparation of financial and administrative documentation for private contracts and public aid.
• Administrative management of suppliers.
• Warehouse management.
• Performing general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Academic training in Business Administration, Accounting or related areas.
• Demonstrable accounting experience (minimum of three years), preferably in the ICT sector.
• Knowledge of tax regulations (non-filing of taxes).
• Mastery of computer tools, especially Excel and SAGE.
• Language: Spanish, English and Catalan spoken and written.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in administrative tasks in general, control of invoices, delivery notes, orders, documentation for audits.
