We are looking for a Director of Business Finance / Head of Business Finance to lead our Business Finance and Business Intelligence teams. About the position and your responsibilities
As Director of Business Finance, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a team consisting of 5 dedicated employees. You are responsible for ensuring high quality finance products and high team performance, and you make sure that stakeholder relationships are strong, and issues are resolved to assist the company. Overall, you build effective business processes and are responsible for managing finance projects that support the organization’s goals and strategies.

- Attracting, leading, developing and retaining an engaged Business Finance team
- Leading core strategic financial and planning processes at the corporate and functional levels, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking & analysis
- Providing financial and business analysis, decision support, and appropriate challenge to our product and business organizations as we evaluate new products, new markets, and new commercial partnerships
- Partnering with product, business, and other departmental leaders to create and manage functional plans and budgets, conduct financial reviews of departments, and provide leaders with business insights to drive growth, efficiency, profitability, and operational improvement
- Oversee the configuration of dashboards to meet business needs by applying analytical thinking and ability to dissect complex data set and understand the underlying business processes
