Job Description:
Serve as the primary interface between customers, internal engineering teams, and suppliers, ensuring an excellent customer experience by translating customer needs into actionable solutions and managing projects effectively from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
– Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships.
– Act as the primary interface for customer communication and technical support.
– Translate customer requirements into feasible solutions and define project Scope of Work (SoW).
– Create project plans, effort estimations, and commercial proposals.
– Oversee projects through the entire lifecycle, from pre-sales to after-sales.
– Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and other internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders and project partners.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or advanced degree in integrated photonics, semiconductors, or related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
– 3+ years of experience in integrated optics, semiconductors, or process integration.
– Proven experience in managing industrial projects and achieving targets in dynamic environments.
– Hands-on experience with integrated photonics software tools is a plus.
Exceptional technical problem-solving and communication skills.
– Customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
– Open-minded, flexible, and capable of working independently or within a team.
– Proficiency in English.
