Configuration Management: Handling configuration of documents related to all projects, including PA configuration, and ensuring the implementation of document configuration processes such as identification, control, status accounting, verification, and audit. Document Management: Operating a centralized documentation system, managing the creation, collection, review, delivery, archiving, storage, and retrieval of information/documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Support and Coordination: Supporting individuals involved in the configuration management process, managing CADM-related tools and databases, and providing administrative assistance to the Antwerp Space office in Leuven. Process Improvement: Analyzing, evaluating, and approving new document management tools/systems in consultation with project managers, Quality department, and other stakeholders.
