Motivation/Background

Due to increasing digitalization within the framework of Industry 4.0, manufacturing processes are analyzed and adapted in real-time. Machine learning represents a possibility for the future to carry out precise and error-free processing or to automatically detect errors. Various information about the process is collected via sensor systems and image processing. This should be analyzed and evaluated using suitable techniques.
