In this responsible position, you will support our Corporate Security & IT Manager in all administrative and organizational matters and actively work on the development of the security and IT area.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handling of the IT procurement process and the associated account assignment and invoice control
Daily internal and external correspondence
Coordination of appointments and preparation of meetings including taking minutes
Complete travel planning and accounting
Preparation of presentations and documents
Internal contact for organizational issues and processes as well as active participation in the continuous improvement of processes
Processing of information and statistics
Active participation in the development of the department, implementation, follow-up and achievement of goals and strategies
Requirements:
A completed commercial education HAK, HBLA
Preferably a few years of professional experience in a comparable position
Interested in technical topics
Good computer skills (MS-Office)
Good English skills
Personal responsibility, good organizational skills and flexibility
Resilience, inter-divisional thinking and discretion
