Act as Primary Point of Contact to resolve moderately complex problems that require knowledge and work experience in your professional discipline. Promote knowledge and ensure the correct, responsible and ethical use of products on the market. Collect and acquire data on stakeholders’ scientific/professional needs, interaction preferences, and actively listen to their input and feedback. Understand market statistics and data and support TADBUH in developing product strategy. Improve scientific knowledge on the panorama of therapeutic treatments by participating in medical education activities and training courses. Stay up to date on current literature, therapeutic updates and the competitive landscape relating to the therapeutic areas of interest. Guide and simplify interaction with stakeholders by coordinating with other internal functions in compliance with applicable regulations/SOPs, promotional and otherwise, to support a better customer experience. Address requests from the HCP to the MSE for pipeline or off-label information, or information on medical activities (for example, studies), always respecting the independent role of Medicine. Report activities with stakeholders as appropriate in the CRM according to internal SOPs. Use a task plan with accounts (where applicable) and coordinate cross-functional execution of account plans to achieve strategic objectives.
