The scope of the FCE Governance Team includes (but is not limited to) ensuring that construction projects are executed according to established standards and Intel Construction Management Policy. The team provides guidance and support to project teams to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They also review and evaluate project proposals and plans to ensure that they align with company policies and corporate goals. Additionally, the Construction Governance team plays a key role in identifying and mitigating risks associated with construction projects and ensuring that project documentation is complete and accurate.
