In this internship, a state of the art on RF Sensing / RADAR MIMO architectures in millimeter band under pulsed carrier must be carried out. The limits (scope, cost, frugality, resolution, size, flow, etc.) must be presented, and solutions to overcome these limits proposed. Based on the millimeter 5G/6G laboratory, as well as existing prototypes, measurements will have to be carried out based on these disruptive architectures (temporal, frequency measurement, radiation, etc.). New reception and processing approaches will have to be proposed to validate their suitability with impulse waveforms. Simulations and the design of prototypes in lower frequency ranges are possible to validate these radar receiver approaches.
