The Compliance department as a whole stands for the lawful conduct of the company, the members of the executive bodies and the workforce. Our area of ​​responsibility includes the design and implementation of measures that harmonize business decisions with legal provisions, internal rules and values.
Our focus topics include in particular the awarding of external services, money laundering prevention, insider law, anti-corruption, M&A compliance, human rights and the implementation of compliance risk assessments.
We maintain close contact with the VW Group and with our national and international affiliated companies.
We also support the requirements of the US monitorship.
