We as HR Compliance are an integral part of strategic and operational HR work: our responsibility is to help establish and maintain a working environment that takes the values and behavioral guidelines of the company and the Group seriously and guarantees them in the long term. In addition, together with the specialist departments in HR, we ensure that integrity and compliance are systematically and sustainably anchored in all our HR processes and instruments. This means in particular: We advise, inform, sensitize and qualify HR employees with regard to integrity and compliance.
We manage a proactive and targeted identification of risks in the HR area, derive recommendations for action for the responsible departments and support the definition of suitable countermeasures. We advise the responsible process managers in our HR department on the implementation of the applicable company policy on HR compliance. In addition, we manage the implementation of the applicable group policy on HR compliance in all our companies – worldwide.
