In the casting technology development team, we develop new and innovative technologies for the light metal die casting of structural components from the initial idea through to series production. In our technical centers, we can validate our innovations across all locations, from basic development on a laboratory scale to testing in small series for use in large series. The field of work includes the planning, implementation and evaluation of real casting tests as well as process and machine optimization. Data acquisition and data analysis as well as simulation-based methods for tool and process design play a key role. The knowledge gained is directly applied in our in-house production of small series components for RS models from AUDI AG as well as for Lamborghini and Bugatti.
