“We develop technology”. The A0/A series development project management manages the development of the sporty entry-level models at Audi as well as vehicles intended for the Chinese market. This includes the development of new vehicle models as well as the continuous development of vehicles already on the market.

The development project management team manages all activities within development and represents technical development in cross-divisional cooperation within the company, the series and the Volkswagen Group.
The development services and their technical content are managed in a milestone-oriented manner and on the basis of the three key project management parameters “technology/product properties, deadlines and costs”.
In addition, it is the task of the development project management to identify conflicting objectives and to resolve them together with the specialist departments. Another focus is participation in group-wide committees and the preparation of product decisions.
