Investment management for production is the central point of contact for all investment projects in the production division for all Audi locations in Germany and abroad. In addition to the annual planning round (5-year planning), we manage short-term investment planning in collaboration with the relevant departments/locations. We also support all major investment projects, e.g. new vehicle and structural projects, from the preliminary planning/project start through the approval process to implementation.
