An important field of work for the PMT team in the “Technical Management Architecture/Cross-Series Control” department is the support and management of the CTE (Chief Technical Engineer) organization in the development of effective and needs-based process standards, methods and tools.
This includes content and organizational support in setting up effective and consistent process control in line with the state of the art, including process optimization. As a team, we coach our colleagues in the application of new processes, methods and tools.
We are also responsible for process support in quality management matters and thus help to ensure that the company’s internal specifications for the department are met.

As part of your internship, you will support the team in the recording, evaluation, needs assessment and communication of processes, methods and tools. In the central PMT team of the CTE organization, you have a field of activity in which you get to know the entire area. This cross-cutting activity offers excellent conditions for your personal development.
