Your missions :

You are integrated into the financial department to assist the legal manager, to whom you will report and be directly involved in a very “business” oriented approach to legal activity, in a dynamic atmosphere and a rapidly growing activity.

The general business law missions that will be entrusted to you will allow you in particular to put your knowledge of contract law into practice, as well as to understand the legal issues of an international group, in particular:

– Adaptation, review of standard contracts (confidentiality, intra-group contracts, etc.);
– Drafting of contracts, documents, acts, letters;
– Monitoring of lease and insurance portfolios,
– Rationalization of the organization of insurance files;
– Support to the legal manager for corporate matters (implementation of delegations of authority), group procedures, internal legal training.

Your profile:

• Master / Master 2 in business law / corporate law, DJCE, CAPA…
• Fluent legal English essential , other language(s) appreciated,
• Analytical skills, organization, ability to work in a team, autonomy and rigor.
