The aim of this internship will be to contribute to developing new metallization grid schemes with the aim of reducing the consumption of material used, while maintaining electrical conduction performance. The course is part of the theme of reducing the quantity of money consumed. The work will initially focus on a bibliographic research on the modeling of electrical conduction, then on the interconnection methods and the processes used to carry them out. In a second phase, efforts will focus on the development of an electrical evaluation tool for a metallization grid. Then, the candidate will develop an algorithm for generating a grid design according to different parameters. Once this has been mastered, it will be used to obtain metallization grid diagrams. The selected diagrams will be used to create cells, on which characterizations will be carried out.
