Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including planning and executing recruitment programs(e.g. internship program, campus hire and engagement activities.) , reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Assist with HR data management, including maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems e.g. OT & Leave analysis. This position could help you to learn HR knowledge by handling full function HR programs, and modern HRIS technology. At the same time, there are several online resources to learn more about HR e.g. Your learning online learning platform, global enablement/ training etc.
