In order to support the development of our activities in the SSU organization on the Molsheim site, we are looking for a Validation Expert. You will work within a multidisciplinary team in a controlled atmosphere production environment. As part of your missions, you will be responsible for validation activities of new processes/products or their modifications while following quality rules (GMP). You will be an integral part of a multi-skilled project team (Quality, Engineering, Production, Maintenance, R&D, EHS, etc.). You may also be required to manage projects internally or with external suppliers. You ensure its perfect execution by supervising its planning, implementation and monitoring while respecting safety, quality, deadlines and costs. You carry out periodic reviews and communicate regularly on the smooth running of projects and associated risks. You will be responsible for drafting VMPs, protocols and validation reports, and in certain cases you will manage risk analyses. You apply quality and environmental requirements in classified rooms. You will ensure the traceability of non-conformities and changes within deadlines (“Trackwise” system). You will stay informed of developments in validation practices as well as testing methodologies. You will participate in the continuous improvement of the validation process.
