In this position, you will provide front-line IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator for z/OS (IDAA) customer support for some of IBM’s largest global clients in banking, insurance, government, and manufacturing. You will be the primary interface, managing the support experience to get these customers through. Using IBM’s cognitive support platform (Salesforce), you will review and investigate client technical issues and issues, gather additional documentation, resolve issues, and recreate as needed/available. It will provide the best resolutions for cases working closely with other teams, i.e. IDAA development, Db2 for z/OS, Db2 for LUW, Linux, Systems, etc.
