Specs: evaluate the needs of all departments and external needs and transform them into specifications that can be interpreted and executed by the OE and PSE development teams; Improvements: evaluate the product mix and propose creative solutions regarding grouping criteria and evaluate new products proposed by customers, assisting in the development of brochures; Responsible for managing specification demands, ensuring that they are delivered within the deadlines agreed with PMI, Sales, TC’s and other departments, distributing low complexity demands for this process; It is also responsible for improvements related to Rainbow, evaluating the product mix and product structure configurations to propose the best possible grouping and guarantee the increase in the average batch and reduction of setup time. Within improvements, the employee also works on evaluating new leaflets and in their design according to the client’s input.
