Assist in the activities of defining, planning and implementing new system projects (Software) in the factory, with the purpose of resolving production problems that create restrictions on the desired objectives. Bring new technologies, aiming to comply with the logical security standards established by the company; Provide support in executing the necessary requests to maintain corporate and local software and tools already developed to adapt to new needs; Assist in promoting immediate solutions to production problems and suggest improvements in the customization process; Provide support in recording production services and solutions provided; Assist in the creation of explanatory documents for the use and maintenance of developed software; Provide support in the training and qualification of users of the developed systems; Use established techniques and processes for project management and suggest new tools when applicable.
