You are the point of entry for commercial and regulatory questions from our clients based in France. You act as an interface between the Sales Organization, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and any other internal organization. You constantly support salespeople in their daily activities in order to achieve sales objectives. You are in charge of processing requests from our customers for all types of commercial, quality or regulatory documents, such as brochures, product sheets, certificates, etc. You enter orders, check stock availability and prices and track the order until it is shipped. You manage and resolve customer complaints (returns of goods, credits, re-invoicing, replacement orders). You record all customer interactions in our CRM.
