As a central department, we are responsible for global processes and standards in recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, working internationally with a wide range of countries. You will help us create uniform specifications and guidelines that apply to all Bosch locations worldwide as well as with local communication and application of these in Germany. You support us in researching current trends and in creating benchmarks, for example in the areas of skilled labor shortages or artificial intelligence. You work on sub-projects (e.g. rollout of modern recruiting tools and centralization of recruiting activities). You will support us in preparing workshops, training courses or presentations. We offer you a varied working atmosphere. You work both strategically and operationally. Both smaller administrative tasks and your own small projects await you. In principle, you are also welcome to participate in other topics such as talent attraction, reporting & controlling and onboarding, depending on your interests and previous knowledge.
