Manage small scale projects in the implementation of global strategy of Supplier Base Rationalization. Support on the analysis or coordination for large scale projects, Understand saving mechanism of every opportunities implemented. On monthly basis, provide accurate reports on actual savings in a structured, efficient and timely way, Handle the negotiation and contract amendment triggered by regular contract renewal, scope creep, policy changes, and etc. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain up-to-date status for the actions agreed during Annual Review Meetings, Any other projects as assigned by the line manager.
