Act as Primary Point of Contact – PPOC – of external stakeholders for on-label scientific information activities and management of account requests (HCO, Healthcare Organizations), Collaborate in synergy with the Medical Science Expert MSE. Address requests to the MSE, where necessary, in relation to the activities under the responsibility of the Medical Directorate for independent management, as well as collaborate with the MAP and any other internal stakeholder based on business needs, Utilize activity planning with healthcare organizations (“accounts”/HCOs) (where applicable) and coordinate cross-functional execution of account plans to achieve strategic objectives; Integrate frontal activity with digital channels (e.g. email, video calls, etc.).
