As Head of Payroll and Time & Attendance Implementation, you will lead a team of 10 employees with the task of analyzing complex company agreements, collective agreements, legal innovations and changes, specialist literature and relevant case law with regard to the effects on payroll and time management. You and your team will be responsible for and develop complex and efficient implementation concepts (machine solutions) and their (regression) tests and implementation and hand these over to IT. In this regard, you inform and advise colleagues, regularly create and update documentation and comprehensive Excel tables. You also ensure that the processes are designed transparently and in a resource-saving manner, taking into account the needs of the business and the HR functions involved. You work on local (sub)projects in collaboration with internal and external interfaces with a view to implementing new legal, collective bargaining and operational regulations. You are also responsible for maintaining and further developing the accounting programs (SAP HCM) from a user perspective in collaboration with IT, customize work schedules and advise stakeholders on shift planning. In addition, your team ensures correct working time documentation within the framework of the Working Hours Act, taking into account the special features of all subsidiaries with regard to annual working hours and trust-based working hours.
