As a Pipeline Coordinator, you will be developed to take actions that drive the flow of candidates between roles, both for current vacancies and to create a pipeline for future positions. You will manage the intake of applicants, review applications, and execute the movement of the process from the initial application stage to the qualified short list. You’ll learn about the skills and experience the business, then review portfolios of pre-screened applicants and select those who are qualified for a short list. You will partner with Recruitment Recruitment Specialist and business-aligned domain recruiters for feedback and continuous learning on requirements. You are responsible for the overall health of the pipeline, checking and acting on any outdated applications at various stages of the recruiting cycle. You will provide pipeline data reports that reflect the status and progress of the candidate lifecycle and the disposition of candidates who do not meet the selection criteria.
