Are you looking for a job that compliments your studies? and do you find it interesting and relevant to work with the implementation of administrative IT systems, from determining the configuration to and including creating and/or moving master data to the new systems. Then maybe it’s you we’re looking for.

In Birkerød, we develop and produce high-tech fiber lasers and we are currently looking for a student for our Manufacturing Engineering team, which is the support department for production.

The position is part-time, with expected weekly working hours of 10-15 hours, but we are of course flexible in relation to your teaching and exams.

We are in the process of implementing several new IT systems for support in and around production – i.a. a completely new system for handling our asset, where we have chosen TOPdesk. It is an extremely flexible system which can be configured as needed and which we must have implemented during this year.

Here you will have a major role in familiarizing yourself with TOPdesk and, together with the project team, make proposals for configuration that best suits the department’s Asset Management tasks, e.g. ongoing maintenance and calibration, and then implement this.

In addition, your tasks will include finding, creating and moving master data on our asset, writing instructions for use in the department and corresponding support tasks.
