We are growing our sales team and are looking for an Experienced Sales Engineer or Business Development professional who will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers and partners and the creation of new long-term relationships in the US, European, and Asian markets, ensuring our continuous growth and great reputation.

In this position, you will learn a lot about different applications and laser processing systems (from laser additive manufacturing to high-end micromachining). DMC is a leader in its category, and our customers range from some of the world’s largest companies and organizations to cutting-edge startups all over the world.

You will need to learn about DMC laser machine control software, its capabilities, and how it can be used and integrated for various applications. To help with that, we have an application lab with a wide range of different hardware setups for testing and application development.

In this position, you will:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through identifying client‘s needs and finding solutions
  • Analyze target customers and build their development plans. Create value propositions
  • Manage and analyze customers’ requirements
  • Attend tradeshows/visit clients abroad to represent the company and its products
  • Help to improve sales and related processes
  • Help to improve promotional materials

We hope that you have:

  • 2-3 years experience working with high added value technical B2B sales
  • Technical knowledge in laser processing or physics, lasers, optics, and photonics (would be an advantage)
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • You care about the customer
  • You are curious and enjoy learning
  • Have problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities
  • Have attention to details
  • You are showing initiative and can work independently
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • The ability to manage a heavy workload of multiple concurrent projects and priorities
