Your tasks
Do you want to make a difference? Negotiate with customers and suppliers? Do business in Europe? As a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, you will learn how to contact trading partners, take care of logistical processes and communicate in German and English. From the very beginning, you can get involved actively and with a lot of independence and gradually gain comprehensive insights into various departments.During your training at our head office in Martinsried near Munich, you will learn everything you will need later on from scratch as part of our team.
You will learn:
- Get to know all areas of AMS Technologies and get a glimpse behind the scenes of an international company.
- All processes and procedures involved in the purchase and distribution of electronic components.
- How to carry out foreign exchange calculations and know and apply legal regulations (foreign trade, customs, trade).
- Planning, organizing and controlling logistics processes. You will quickly learn what needs to be taken into account and learn to take responsibility.
- To use your communication skills and your English language skills – in daily collaboration with colleagues, service providers and customers in Germany and around the world.
- Arranging appointments, negotiating prices and working out solutions with one goal: your customers are satisfied.

- You have a good secondary school diploma, preferably a vocational high school diploma or a high school diploma, or you have perhaps realized that everyday student life is not right for you.
- You are interested in commercial and economic processes and enjoy being in contact with people.
- You have excellent German language skills and good written and spoken English.
- Enjoy communicating and prefer working in a team.
- Ideally you have a class B driving license.
