Amplitude is an international company specializing in the design, production and marketing of ultrashort pulsed laser sources for industrial and scientific applications.

With headquarters based in France, the AMPLITUDE group is an international group, spread across 13 subsidiaries and 3 production sites located in 9 countries (Europe, America and Asia).

Attached to the Financial & Administrative Department of the group, within the accounting department, you will be responsible for the following missions:

– Accounting
– Entry of supplier and customer invoices
-Preparation of customer invoices
– Processing of expense reports
– Lettering and revision of accounts
-VAT declaration
-Supplier regulations
-Integration and processing of banking data
-Bank reconciliations
– Account closings: participation in the closing of monthly and annual accounts
-Daily cash flow monitoring

Your profile

With a BTS or DCG Accounting Management qualification, you have at least 5 years of experience in an accounting firm or company in a similar position. You have mastered the French accounting standard and are comfortable with IT tools and accounting ERPs.

With good accounting skills, you are independent and enjoy teamwork.

Your organizational rigor as well as your ability to communicate will be major assets for this position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and professional English.
