The organizational unit for fundamental issues/labor relations is located in the Human Resources and Organization division of AUDI AG.

More flexible, more digital, more modern – as part of HR governance, we are responsible for shaping fundamental working conditions for AUDI AG. We advise all HR functions on fundamental labor law issues and, together with our interface partners, shape fundamental labor law topics. In addition, we analyze labor law and collective bargaining developments and derive recommendations for action on their implementation for the responsible departments within our area of ​​responsibility.
