Our team contributes to Audi’s future success through conceptual HR management based on labor law at the interface with employee participation. In addition, we are responsible for HR participation management in the Audi Group internationally. Against this background, we set personnel policy standards, design and negotiate working conditions and coordinate working relationships within AUDI AG, the Group and with public bodies.
