All departments of technical development and other business areas are involved in the implementation in a common program structure. In this cross-departmental team, we work on the challenging task of providing those involved in the development process with effective and needs-based processes, methods and tools for their development work. Through intensive collaboration with users, we ensure that the solutions we develop can be put into practice and at the same time learn how we can continually improve them.
