The area of ​​responsibility of in-house logistics at the Neckarsulm location with the areas of series optimization and logistics cost management includes the material flow chain starting with the suppliers, through the receipt of the goods in the central goods receiving area, the storage of the material in various modern automated and manual warehouses, the provision on the assembly line and the return delivery of the reusable packaging. In cooperation with the upstream and downstream areas as well as suppliers and service providers, we design new processes and optimize existing logistics processes. In line with existing operational structures, we develop and plan new material provision processes. The costs for all logistics activities are planned, tracked and optimized.
