The main objective will be the development of a methodology and tools for the evaluation of suppliers (THALES or THALES Customers), adapted and contextualizable by type of supplier, structure, and applicable framework: Analyze existing tooling and its limitations, and identify areas for improvement. Propose a methodology for analyzing and extracting control points from the NIST, CMMC framework(s), purchasing standards (DGA), LPM, NIS2, etc. Develop an adaptive tool allowing questionnaires to be adapted by category of supplier, level of depth, regulation and unfold it for a real audit.
