Administer Business Applications based on end-user’s requirements or ongoing needs while providing excellent customer service. Analyze system errors and work with end users and related business units to correct and/or assist in problem resolution. Help diagnose performance issues related to business applications and work with internal and external vendors in their resolution. Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments. Prepare user training document for business applications and associated processes with business departments.
