Welcome visitors, introduce the company and give them information and answer questions about the company; Provide support in booking flights, transfers and hotels for travel by employees and visitors; Receive, check, control and distribute correspondence and documents; Promote the 5s culture in the factory, pantry, cafeteria and bathrooms so that the areas are clean and organized; Provide support for internal events in the HR area and others that will be held; Operationalize the internal communication of TVs, notices and general factory communications; Manage the company’s petty cash, maintaining reconciliation and control of expenses according to internal procedures; Purchase and manage stock of office supplies for administrative areas; Control employee suggestions and complaints boxes, request responses from the areas responsible for placements; Support in Social responsibility actions.
